Account information
When you create an account we store your name, email address, profile image (if you add one), the date your account was created and your most recent sign-in. If you sign in with Google, we receive only your basic Google profile details (name, email and avatar).
Generated content
The SEO packages you generate — topics, niches, titles, descriptions, tags, hashtags, thumbnail copy and scores — are saved to your account so you can revisit, reuse or delete them. Your generated content is private to your account and is never shown to other users.
Usage information
We record how many SEO packages and keywords you generate each calendar month in order to apply plan limits and show accurate usage. We also use privacy-friendly product analytics to understand which features are used, and to diagnose errors.
Data storage
Account data, saved packages and usage counters are stored in our managed cloud database with row-level access rules, so each record is readable only by the account that owns it. Uploaded avatars are stored in a private storage bucket and served through short-lived signed links.
Third-party AI processing
To generate an SEO package, the inputs you provide (topic, niche, language, platform, audience and tone) are sent to third-party AI model providers for processing. We do not send your email address, password or account identifiers to these providers, and we do not use your content to train our own models.
Data deletion
You can delete any saved package at any time from History. Deleting your account from Settings permanently removes your profile, saved packages, usage records and uploaded avatar. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Your rights
You may access, correct, export or delete your personal data at any time from the Settings page. If you would like help exercising these rights, or have a privacy question, contact us through the support form and we will respond.
